Returns & Store Credit Policy

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Store Credit Only

All approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Gift cards will be delivered via email and may be used on any future purchase. Store credit does not expire.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at candacepierce11@icloud.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, used merchandise, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
